Congratulations to the 21 state and local Alliance members that are participating in the NIST/Alliance Grant program. In phase 1, all 21 programs have submitted an application at one of four levels, from Level 1, which is an Organizational Profile with mandated results, all the way to Level 4, which is a full Baldrige application.
